			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the biggest problems people face is being able to keep eating clean for a long time.  We all know what we should and should not be doing for the main part.  Yet, it all boils down to being able to keep on track and actually stick to it.  Thats the real task.</p>
<p>You can make all sorts of healthy options of your favourite foods.  So, to prove this I have gone for one of the BIGGEST things people find difficult to leave behind&#8230;yes, if you haven&#8217;t guessed already, its chocolate!!!</p>
<p>I made a video for you on how to make it and posted the EXACT recipe below the video!</p>

<p>You only need one or two small pieces of this to kick your carb/chocolate cravings!  I use chopped mixed nuts to make mine.  Don’t use too much agave nectar as it seeps from the chocolate when you chill it!</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What you need:</span></strong></p>
<p>100g coconut oil</p>
<p>25g cocoa powder</p>
<p>2 dessertspoons of agave nectar</p>
<p>100g walnuts/pecans/flaked almonds or chopped nuts</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What you do:</span></strong></p>
<p>Chop up the nuts in a blender to make small pieces.  Melt the coconut oil in a glass bowl over a simmering pan of water.  Once melted, take away from the heat, add the agave nectar and cocoa power and stir.  Then add the nuts and pour into a plastic container making sure it’s not more than 1cm deep.  Chill the chocolate until it turns solid then cut into pieces and kick those carb cravings!</p>

<p>Ben Hanbridge here from bodyfit academy.  I want to blast out a quick article about negative self talk.  I am giving myself 15 minutes to get through this article and a 1 of that has already passed so LETS GO!</p>
<p>Okay, so whats the deal with this negative self talk?  It is something which can be completely relevant and definitely present in all aspects of life, but just for today I will be keeping this in the scope of fat loss and getting into amazing shape.</p>
<p>Your thoughts and emotions can be highly influential when it comes to getting something done, especially making a change to your body.  You see, mindset is actually the MOST important thing you need to get the body you have always desired.  NO, its not that new diet your friends doing or that crazy exercise class down at the gym.  This is because you can have the best training and nutrition plan in the world, but unless you take action and actually stick to it then it wont matter.</p>
<p>The person with a terrible program but with a great mindset will achieve more then the person with the best program EVER but the totally wrong mindset.  You can have all the information in the world but unless you actually apply it then its totally useless.</p>
<p>Okay, what about this negative self talk then Ben?  Well&#8230;</p>
<p>Negative self talk plays a part in all of this because if feed yourself negativity about what you are trying to achieve then you will make sure that you meet your own expectations, either consciously or sub consciously.  If your somebody who tells yourself&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8220;oh it wont work for me, im too old&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;oh it wont work for me im too young&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;oh it wont work for me im different&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I will just give it a go&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I will see IF it works&#8221;</p>
<p>See, things like this play a negative part to your success, even preventing you reaching success in the first place.  If you go into something with the mindset that its not going to work then you will make sure that it doesn&#8217;t work.  The majority of the time this is because of not following it 100% because of the whole &#8220;there is no point in following it ENTIRELY because it probably wont work anyway&#8221;.  Already you are setting yourself up for failure.</p>
<p>You need to ditch the whole &#8220;give it a go&#8221; attitude and replace that for a &#8220;this sh*t is as good as DONE&#8221;.  Set yourself up for success and not for failure.</p>
